Great Tit (Parus major, Kohlmeise)
Like every year, we have a pair of great tits breeding at our balcony. Both of them tried to get the chicks out of the nest today by slowing down the feeding until they completely stopped doing it, and then loudly calling for them from the outside. It didn't work, though, so they continued feeding their chicks afterwards. It's possible they're still too weak and will leave the nest within the next two or three days.
Due to the patch of missing feathers on his right cheek and its scar-like appearance I call the male one "Daddy Scarface" or simply "Scarface".
