Der Teufel ist ein Eichhörnchen
(The devil is a squirrel)
Such is an old German saying. During the dark ages it was said that the devil often took the shape of a squirrel, distracting people so they wouldn't attend the sunday mass.
Maybe it's just me and my paranoia, but I'm pretty damn sure that's a devilish smile on the squirrels face right there...
Eurasian Red Squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris, Eichhörnchen)
Taken with a Canon EOS 1100D, Tamron AF 70-300mm 4-5.6 Di SP VC USD Lens

Funny - I used to call my man "he squirrel" (in Polish "squirell
has female gramatic gender, so I changed the ending of the word so that it sound like masculine), and I remember when we were playing RPG games and one of the co-palyers told him "you look like the devil"
You have a lot of beautiful shots of suirells and birds - it was pleasure to look.
